Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at if you would like to cancel your order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled and will need to be returned for a refund.

I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

We can make changes to your order on a case-by-case basis. You may inquire about a change by emailing us at If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, send us an email with the correct address and we will update it for you

My order is a gift, can you include a gift receipt and message?

You may leave a gift message in the Special Instructions at checkout. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not provide gift receipts for online orders.

Shipping & Returns

When does my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days from when your order is placed.

What are your shipping options?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING – You will receive an email confirmation when the label is created, please allow a day or two for the tracking to update. Delivery is usually 3-7 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed. 

PRIORITY SHIPPING – This will speed up the shipping time, but we yet maintain our processing time as noted above.  You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the label is created, please allow a day or two for the tracking to update. Delivery is usually 2-4 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed. 

CARRIERS – Packages are all shipped via USPS.  In special circumstances packages may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.  

ORDER TRACKING – If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email update as soon as the label is created with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers and tracking is not always exact or updated daily. 

SHIPPING RATES – Flat shipping rate of $5.00 for US orders with an option to upgrade to Priority Shipping for $11.00.  The shipping upgrade will speed up the shipping process, but we still maintain our processing time noted above. 

BACK ORDERS – If an item goes on back order, we will ship your entire order when the backordered item comes in stock.

WEATHER DELAYS: Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. My Fancy Flamingo will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on a weather delay.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our refund policy here for more information.

Custom Orders

I'm interested in a custom piece and wondered if My Fancy Flamingo could make one for me?

We would be delighted to work with you on designing a custom piece! To get the process started, please contact us at with a detailed description of what you are envisioning. Try to include details such as color and material, as well as pictures of references if you have any. We will contact you with any questions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but please email us at if you would like a custom message or note included within your package.
