I placed an order online and changed my mind! Can you cancel my order?
We accept cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned for a refund.

We can make changes to your order on a case-by-case basis. You may inquire about a change by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, send us an email with the correct address and we will update it for you!
My order is a gift. Can you include a gift receipt and a message?
You may leave a gift message in the Special Instructions at checkout. At this time, we do not give gift receipts for online orders.
